    I bought a PC on the MediaMarkt 'Market Place' from the seller named: Kiebel. A german based company. I bought my PC from Kiebel via MediaMarkt, and I am beyond disappointed with how both the product and the warranty have been handled. Within just 10 months, my PC broke down TWICE with the exact SAME issue, unacceptable for a device that cost over €1100. The first time, I understand a product needs to be inspected and repaired. But when the same issue happens again, a replacement device is a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told that replacing the PC is “too expensive” and that it’s over 30 days old, even though it’s clearly still under warranty. Now I’m once again left without a functioning PC, for the second time within the first year, with no guarantee whatsoever that a second repair will fix the problem just like the first repair completely failed. On top of that, I lost all my files and software again, something that should not happen with a device still under warranty. After I got my PC back from the first “repair,” (which was a RAM replacement) the same defect reappeared within a week. Now the device is broken again, and instead of owning up to their failure, Kiebel refuses to replace it, and insists on doing yet another repair as if the first one wasn’t a clear enough sign that they can’t fix it properly. Now they have looked at my Event viewer and told me that a program on my PC was causing the crashes, after completely removing the program from my PC the same issue still remains, and Kiebel tries to put the blame on me. Even though the current crash logs clearly point towards yet another hardware problem. At this point, I’m done. This company has shown itself to be incompetent, unprofessional, and completely careless. I have zero trust left in them. I just want my money back. I’ve wasted enough time and energy. All I wanted was a PC that works. This entire situation is disrespectful and disgraceful, and I truly hope MediaMarkt takes this seriously and supports its customers. This is not how people deserve to be treated. Through all this MediaMarkt has done very little to stand behind the costumer or solve the issue properly. They've given very poor costumer support and they often ignore e-mails.

    I'm a professional salesman. Probably the less skilled sellers that I've seen in my life, adding that the costumer service it's lacking of knowledge about the products and stock.     Terrible customer service, terrible sales service, first the are selling you the wrong thing and after if you want to return it back you have to wait two hours at the customer service because they have some workers they are slow! Really taking their time…. Never again Media Mark Den Bosch….

    Just bad. No proper advise. Difficult to find staff. Felt like they prefer talk each other then help customer. No customer focus at all. It was 4 years ago. We still have the same opinion. On 24 December they stop discounts and increased prices that people spent more. Staff didn’t say that next day will be increased. Too greedy.
